I am a mindfulness certified practitioner with a qualification in Mindfulness Based Interventions from Stellenbosch University, South Africa. I walk alongside individuals on their journey to become more present, conscious and intentional in their personal and professional lives.

My work in anti-racism and D, E&I is steeped in mindfulness-based techniques, inviting mindful awareness, self-reflection and kindness to the way people engage with unconscious bias.

My aim is to help people become mindfully aware of their thoughts and actions, to become unstuck from habitual behaviours, and move away from reacting to responding in their interactions with others.

Be still . . .the quieter you become, the more you can hear.”
